Message	Ok when I was 16, 17, and 18 I was a jerk when it came to driving. I had a beat up 94 Maxima that I tore up. I managed to collect 6 moving violations in those three years. None since I stopped driving like a jackass. Everyone knows the deal about going to driving school. If you do it, no points and your Insurannce cannot raise your rates, mind you this is how it is in FL YMMV. Well if you take the ticket to court and just plead out guilty 9 times out of 10 the Judge will send you to driving school. Since it is court ordered it doesnt count towards your once a year twice in a lifetime. Needless to say I did this for all of my tickets. When talking to my Insurrance company when purchasing my last car they had no records of any of my tickets. It may take a lot of time to setup a court date, go to court, go to traffic school and what not but I feel its worth it. Yes it will cost you money but in the end I feel its cheaper because your insurrance wont go up and you will not get any points on your licencse. I dont know the laws in your state so once again YMMV.
